Introducing Lloyd’s Olive Oil

Extracted from our first olive harvest that took place November 30, 2023 at Las Palmas.

Our extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a mixture of Arbequina, Mission, Arbosana, Frantoio, Koroneiki, and Manzanillo olives. These varietals come together in a carefully blended oil creating a well-balanced, smooth, full-bodied flavor profile with a hint of black pepper.

Over the past couple years, we've witnessed the transformation of our fledgling saplings into sturdy, resilient olive trees. The sun-drenched days and cool nights of the 9a and 9b hardiness zones proved to be the perfect nurturing ground for our olive orchards, creating an environment where the trees will continue to thrive.

    Lloyd, the maestro of our olive orchard, takes pride in producing the smoothest, most velvety Olive Oil straight from our groves. He's got a nose for olives and an eye for quality, ensuring that every drop tells the story of the California sun and the love we pour into our land.

    Meanwhile, yours truly, Harry, takes that liquid gold and transforms it into culinary masterpieces. From drizzling it over fresh salads to infusing it into hearty pasta dishes, I work to concoct recipes that bring the essence of Ojai to your table.
